Overweight among adolescents has increased dramatically in the past decades, resulting in an increased prevalence of several diseases and social and psychological problems. Prevention of overweight and obesity among adolescence is therefore important and can be achieved by changing an unhealthy lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle. Victory Camps working methods are developed by young adults, knowing the problem themselves.
